Inside Sales Representative
Viewics, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales representative to help our software company rapidly grow our customer base. Your role will be to engage prospects through direct outreach via phone and email, and then manage a process to bring potential leads into a qualified status for appointments with our outside Sales team.
Success in this position will require you to be highly capable in key areas:
♦ Excellent phone and email communication skills, especially introductory conversations and cold-calling to VP and C-level targets
♦ High energy with a relentless enthusiasm for prospecting and establishing new relationships
♦ Perform best in a collaborative growth company environment
The Inside Sales Representative will have the following responsibilities:
♦ Manage & execute research activities as required to compile successful campaign target lists
♦ Act as a liaison with Marketing to manage the processing and distribution of leads generated through activities including Trade shows, Advertising, Direct Mail, Seminars, Webinars, etc.
♦ Entry, distribution and management of target/lead information/records into sales contact database for trade shows, webinars, seminars, advertising etc.
♦ Contact leads through email and phone to qualify and set appointments
♦ Independently monitor progress of campaigns – track, analyze, interpret and report results
♦ Develop standard communication templates as needed
♦ Profile qualified leads and hand off to outside sales in a consistent and organized manner
♦ Collaborate with Marketing and Sales as needed to continuously improve the lead qualification process
♦ Attend conferences to represent Viewics as needed
♦ Participate in appropriate Sales and Marketing meetings
Requirements
♦ Bright, energetic professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
♦ 3 years of work experience in an Inside Sales capacity
♦ Established proficiency in call planning, cold calling, lead qualification, and time management
♦ Strong objection handling skills
♦ Ability to occasionally travel to attend events or conferences
♦ High level of integrity and work ethic
♦ Self-driven and independent
♦ Experience selling software greatly preferred.
♦ Experience with CRM Systems
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or related equivalent of work experience
Location
SF Bay Area; We will also consider remote location depending on experience.
