Regional Sales Manager

The Software Sales Representative is a high-visibility role that will manage and grow a territory of accounts for our SaaS business intelligence solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to take their sales experience to the next level and have a direct impact on the growth of a company. Key responsibilities include:
♦ Follow up on inbound leads received from marketing programs; webinars, trade shows, etc.
♦ Research target prospects in the healthcare sector to understand their key business priorities and translate how Viewics’ solutions can help meet their goals
♦ Proactively find additional new business opportunities through initiative and creativity
♦ Conduct full sales cycle process from qualifying leads to close of the sale
♦ Properly maintain a pipeline of business – new opportunities and renewals – via our CRM– documenting discussions, e-mails, proposals, client feedback, etc
♦ Demonstrate – typically via a web meeting – Viewics solutions to clients and prospects (key focus: articulate benefits and value) – as this is the primary method of driving the sales cycle to closure
♦ Navigate through complex sales cycles and negotiations
♦ Provide feedback on messaging and recommend changes to marketing programs and sales messaging based on experiences and feedback from customers and prospects
Desired Skills and Experience
We are seeking high-energy, self-motivated candidates with the following qualifications:
♦ 3+ years of experience selling B2B software, meeting and surpassing sales targets
♦ Proven ability to creatively identify new accounts and opportunities
♦ Experience and ability to manage existing accounts and identify up-sell opportunities; ability to work with a sales quota on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis
♦ Results oriented with an ability to close business on a consistent basis
♦ The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and “wear multiple hats” when necessary
♦ Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
♦ Must be self-directed with strong initiative and creativity
♦ Experience with a CRM
♦ Experience selling to the healthcare sector, specifically Laboratories is a plus
Up to 25% travel
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or related equivalent of work experience

Base/Incentive Compensation + Options + Benefits
Location
Preferably in the Midwest or West Coast. We will also consider alternative locations depending on experience.
