An easy way to report technical support issues

A great mechanism for getting assistance on a technical issue is by uploading a tech support report directly to our support staff. Use the Technical Support Wizard included with all 3.0 and later products to generate the report. Ordinarily the Tech Support wizard will even prepare a mail message automatically containing the report.

If for some reason the report will not mail correctly, click here to upload your tech support report directly to us!

Our software ships with its own Technical Support utility, techsupport.exe. This utility, when properly utilized, allows capture of significant details regarding configuration and potential problems when you experience difficulties using our software.

You can always directly report any issues with the software to our support desk. However, the use of our technical support utility makes it easier for us to address your issues and will provide you a faster response time.

The Technical Support utility creates a special file which can be uploaded here.
