Junior Software Engineer

Viewics Corporation currently has a need for Junior Software Engineers to join its team of elite, award-winning developers in its Las Colinas headquarters.

Viewics Corporation is the leader in real-time special effects for PC video. We are addressing the unique needs of today’s personal video communications. Viewics is focusing on the exploding PC video market with its patented software technology which instantly enhances and transforms traditional ‘talking head’ video into more interesting and compelling communication. This technology can be applied for use in video e-mail, streaming video, webcasts, video chat, and videoconferencing. Company management is strong with extensive experience in emerging technologies, multimedia applications and digital video. Most have worked together in a previous company achieving five technology “World’s Firsts” and twice winning the prestigious New York Film Festival Gold Medal in Multimedia.

Requirements:

• One year of experience with MS Visual C++/MFC
• Knowledge of OOP concepts
• Experience with multimedia and real-time technologies a plus
• Experience creating User Interfaces (“Skins”) a plus
• Graphical and artistic background a plus
• Candidate will be working on developing new applications
