Picture qualityAlways use good lighting. Use a bright light high and in front of you to light your face. When the light is slightly higher than your head, shadows will fall out of the scene. Use a diffuser, such as a lamp shade or a photographic diffuser to make the light source larger. This makes shadows smaller and softer. Use a fast computer. Faster computers exhibit less delay in the operation and appearance of the application. See platform requirements for specifics.
Presentation qualityMake eye contact. Locate the camera and viewing window close to each other. Look into the camera frequently. Prepare ahead of time. Create the content and scenes in the correct sequence so that you can concentrate on communication rather than the tools. Scene-creation is possible with the full version of BackDrop. Use the Teleprompter. Include text of important points, details or descriptions for each scene. Then keep the Teleprompter open during your presentation. This lets you concentrate on communicating with other participants without forgetting key points. Add titles to key scenes. Create text on a transparent color to place names, dates, or other titles over scenes to let your viewers read the labels.
Matting Quality
To replace your background, you must grab a "reference view" of your existing background first.
If you move your camera after you've created a matte, the matte will no longer function
properly. Your camera should be located in a stable location free from jiggling and shifting.
