If you are not fully satisfied, please follow these directions for a full refund: You must print and fill out the "Request for Refund" that is located here (note: requires installation of Adobe Acrobat). Be sure to fill out all information, including your name, email address, products purchased, and reason for refund. Any missing information will delay the processing of your refund. From the main menu of your product(s) you can deactivate the running product or the currently loaded content file.
Once we receive your Request for Refund form and are
able to find the record of your order, we will request
that a credit be applied to your account. Please
allow up to ten days for your refund to be processed.
Please note that the date the credit will appear on
your credit card statement is determined by your
